Section 1: The Lion Mentality

This section is filled with content that will assist you in developing the Lion Leadership Mentality. First, we start with the quote by Alexander the Great, "An army of sheep led by a lion will always defeat an army of lions led by a sheep." The sheep led by the lion will take on the lions attituded believing they are in the best army ever. This section will guide you to write down and document your passion, purpose, vision and much more. This section is foundational to your completing the workbook and beginning to understand you value. Many people work all their lives and never work in an area of passion, purpose and vision or at least not until they retire. You have the opportunity to identify your passion, purpose now while moving gracefully towards a fulfilling vision.

Please keep it moving and work on those five elements of leadership, value, action, skills and knowledge, relationships, and influence and inspire. Did anyone ever tell you, that people pay for "value?" Yes, it is true. Ask yourself why do you go to your favorite restaurant and why do you tip the waiter? Value! When you receive good value, you will pay for it and tell others about it. You have a value that perhaps has not been identified as of yet, and I mean yet.
